Different training programmes were organized for the scientific staff/extension functionary to upgrade their knowledge and skills in the frontier areas of agricultural technology development. A total of 148 participants were trained. The important thrust areas covered were hands on mass production of macrobials, hands on field installation of tricho cards and traps, hands on mass production solid formulation of Trichoderma spp., hands on mass production of biofertilizers, hands on mass production of fungal and bacterial antagonist, hands on mass production of fungal antagonist using vermicompost, hands on mass production technology of entomopathogens, hands on application of biopesticides in the field.
